Components may have been in service for decades. Original suppliers may no longer exist, and CAD data can be incomplete, out of date or missing altogether. We turn limited information into usable engineering data for maintenance, modification, replacement, manufacture and regulatory work.

When replacement parts are unavailable or design data has been lost, reverse engineering is often the only practical route. From physical parts, site measurements, scan data, photographs or legacy drawings we create CAD models and manufacturing documentation for procurement, fabrication and asset records.

We work with operators, engineering contractors, maintenance teams and equipment suppliers, at whatever level the project needs, from a single legacy part to extra CAD resource on a critical project.
