What we model
We build models that the whole project team can work from, at the level of detail and information each stage needs.

Standards
We set up project standards, LOD and LOI requirements and coordination protocols in line with ISO 19650, and deliver models up to LOD 500.
Software and formats
We work mainly in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, and deliver Revit, IFC or native CAD files that can feed fabrication, estimating and asset management systems.

Can you work to specific LOD and LOI requirements?
Yes. We deliver models up to LOD 500, with information levels set by your project stage and deliverables.
Do you handle point cloud data?
Yes. We regularly process laser scans and drone survey data for scan to BIM.
Can BIM data go straight to fabrication?
Yes. Our BIM data can flow into fabrication and detailing, so components are made with full traceability and dimensional accuracy.
